Through targeted exercises and a gradual progression in difficulty, I support you in sustainably improving your physical fitness, releasing tension, and preventing issues.

Additionally, I occasionally host Pilates workshops where you have the opportunity to work intensively on specific topics and deepen your knowledge and technique.

Classes take place at Studio Dharana on Maximilianstraße 17 in Berlin Lichtenberg or at my practice on Langhansstraße 6 in Berlin Weißensee.
