Why MENSTRUAL Cycle & Women’s Health Matter to Me
In my work as a physiotherapist for dancers, I’ve spent years focusing on body awareness, how we perceive ourselves, and physical expression. But the more I learned about the female body, the more one thing kept pulling me back: the menstrual cycle – and how little we actually know, talk about, or make space for it in our society.
I find it shocking that menstruation, hormones, pain, or mood changes are still so often treated as taboo, dismissed, or turned into medical problems. There’s actually so much power, wisdom, and self-connection in all of this.
Now it’s my passion to support people who menstruate in understanding their cycle better, learning to listen to it, and using it as a resource – instead of fighting it or hiding it.
Through workshops, one-on-one support, and holistic education, I combine my therapeutic knowledge with my deep interest in women’s health, self-care, and empowerment.
