› Prevention and Long-Term Health: Prevention is key to a long-lasting dance career. I’ll help you balance your muscles, avoid overuse, and train your body to dance more safely and healthily on stage.

› Recovery & Regeneration: Proper recovery is just as important as training. If needed, I’ll support you with targeted massages that relax your muscles and promote regeneration, so you can get back to peak performance faster.

› Summary and Support: After each session, you’ll receive a detailed email summary with the exercises and recommendations discussed, so you can continue tracking your progress even after the coaching.
